In the Bear Brook
Yesterday morning I decided to go for a walk down behind my house, on the Bear Brook. The sun was shining but the ground was still wet after the few days of constant rain. The animals also seemed to be taking advantage of the sunlight. I saw an Eatern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly, a decent sized garter snake, and a dragonfly. At the beaver ponds, the water got very murky, and I suspected that a beaver was under water and swam back into his hut.
